About the products
What materials do you use to make the parts?
Our pieces are made with polymer clay. Our varnish is cured resin to give it shine and a finishing touch.
We use charms with different finishes such as gold plating, gold-filled, and nickel-plated, always prioritizing the quality of our components.
Are the parts waterproof?
The polymer clay and resin used for varnishing are waterproof; however, we do not recommend showering or swimming with them, as gold-plated and gold-filled pieces may tarnish over time.
How should I care for my handmade jewelry pieces?
To extend the life of your Tzig Tzag pieces, we recommend storing them in a closed space, away from dust and direct sunlight (e.g., a small box or cloth or plastic bag).
To clean your pieces, you can use a clean cloth dampened with a little soap.
(DO NOT use alcohol or baby oil on polymer clay pieces as it can damage the resin varnish.)
Shipping & delivery
How long does it take to make?
We appreciate your patience while we work on every detail in the creation of your pieces. Please allow up to 5 business days after your purchase for the manufacturing of your pieces. This estimated time does not include shipping times.
What is the shipping cost?
Mexico City and State of Mexico: 89 MXN
National shipping outside Mexico City and State of Mexico: 115 MXN
If you live in Mexico City, you can arrange for pickup through Uber or DiDi and cover the cost yourself. This is coordinated after purchase via message or email.
How long does shipping take?
We use courier companies that are external to Tzig Tzag, so we cannot give an exact timeframe. However, the estimated times are:
-Mexico City and State of Mexico: between 3 to 5 business days
-National shipments: between 5 and 10 business days on average depending on the area.
These times may vary depending on the courier service.
Shopping and payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods through Clip
- Debit and credit card
- SPEI (bank transfer)
- Cash payment at 7-Eleven, Walmart, Bodega Aurrera, and Sam's Club
Is it safe to buy from your website?
Yes, we use recognized and verified platforms such as Shopify and Clip to ensure your purchase and personal data are always protected.
Do you offer interest-free installment payment options?
Yes, we have 3 months interest-free (3MSI) available on purchases over MXN 2000.
The option will be available through the Clip payment gateway when you enter a valid credit card.
